Why Should You Vote?

All of the programs on Bridge to Benefits are public programs. They are meant to serve the needs of our communities. You can affect how these programs work, how much they are funded, or even help to create new programs by voting and participating in the political process.Voting is powerful.

If you are a U.S. citizen who at least is 18 years of age, voting is your right.

If you were ever convicted of a felony, but you are off paper, off probation and off parole, you can vote too. You don't need to do anything to restore your right to vote, except register.
