2. Who can receive Sales Tax on Food Refunds?
If you and your household members live in South Dakota,  meet income eligibility guidelines and are U.S. citizens or have legal status to reside in the U.S., and are not currently approved for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP) benefits, you can get Sales Tax on Food Refunds.  Individuals who reside in a place where they receive at least 50 percent of meals are not eligible.
